1. Parties & scope

In short: these terms cover the website; signed contracts govern the actual work.

These Terms are between you and In2Gravity, a partnership firm under the laws of Bangladesh, Building 443 (5th Floor), Road 7, DOHS Baridhara, Dhaka 1206, Bangladesh — contact@in2gravity.com.

They govern your use of this website and any initial inquiries you make through it. Client engagements are governed by individually signed agreements or statements of work, which prevail over these Terms in the event of any conflict.

2. Services

In short: we're an engineering consultancy; the site is information, not advice.

In2Gravity provides consultancy in AI engineering, machine learning, data, and cloud integration. The content on this website is general information, not professional advice, and should not be relied on as such.

Case studies are anonymized, and those marked as representative engagements illustrate the kind of work we do rather than a specific named client.

3. Consultations & bookings

In short: the intro call is free and commits neither of us.

We offer a free initial consultation, which you can book through the scheduler on our Contact page. Booking a consultation creates no engagement or obligation — none arises until a written agreement is signed. Either side may cancel or reschedule a booking.

4. Intellectual property

In short: you own what we build for you once you've paid for it.

The content, brand, and logo on this website are © In2Gravity. As a default engagement position, and subject to the terms of each individual contract, the client owns the project deliverables upon full payment.

We retain our pre-existing tools, know-how, and generic, non-client-specific components that we bring to or develop across engagements.

5. Confidentiality

In short: what you tell us stays confidential; NDAs on request.

We treat the information you share in an inquiry as confidential and use it only to respond to you. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement on request before discussing sensitive details.

6. Acceptable use

In short: don't misuse the site or the form.

You agree not to use this website or our contact form for any unlawful, abusive, or infringing purpose, and not to submit automated or bulk traffic, consistent with the Cyber Security Ordinance 2025 and applicable law.

7. Disclaimers & liability

In short: the site is provided as is, with liability limited by law.

This website and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by Bangladeshi law, In2Gravity is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Third-party services & links

In short: embedded and linked services have their own terms.

This site relies on third-party services — the Cal.com scheduler, our form provider, and analytics — and may link to other sites. Those services and sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

9. Changes to these Terms

In short: we date every version and post changes here.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

In short: Bangladeshi law applies; Dhaka courts have jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, including the Contract Act, 1872 and the Partnership Act, 1932. The courts of Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
